Much like skiers, who seek for vast kilometres of groomed trails and interconnected ski areas when deciding for their ski vacations, golfers survey destinations for multiple courses on a close distance, ideally with varying characteristics between them, to keep the challenge factor high during their golf week. The addition of yet another couple of courses to the Costa Navarino arsenal, was decided with exactly that aspect in mind.

While The Dunes and The Bay stretch along the sea shore, the 2022-inaugurated two neighboring 18-hole courses are built on a cinematic plateau overlooking the Bay of Navarino. International Academy lies on the edge of it, offering unobstructed views and tight margins for tee shot divergence. Hills has a more inland character, where Jose Maria Olazabal exploited natural features such as existing drystone walls to serve as  visual winks to famous Links courses of the UK. Their common clubhouse ranked second among the world’s best new public clubhouses in 2022.
