A Discussion with José María Olazábal

The 2023 Olazabal & Friends Charity Pro-Am was in full swing.

Golf rounds next to Olazabal and Jimenez were sided by hearty breakfast buffets, lunch breaks and thematic dinners, yet our appetite wasn’t related to food. We eagerly waited to discuss Ryder Cup with the Captain of the Miracle in Medinah and 2023 Vice Captain of Team Europe. In addition to the comments on the recent triumph in Rome, attempt to have a first-person viewpoint of playing alongside Seve as a youngster.

With 75 guests standing by for dinner at Da Luigi restaurant, a short but insightful talk emerged on a tranquil corner of The Westin resort.
